L’ETO wild cherry cake is truly unique. Here’s why:
Bird cherry flour used in this cake instead of normal flour is a Siberian traditional product. It is made from dried wild bird cherry fruits. Fruits are collected in the catchment area of Lake Baikal, along the banks of the rivers flowing into the lake. The berries are then dried and grinded to become flour.

Bird cherry flour does not contain gluten, truly natural, organic and just great in taste. Try this hidden gem out!
